These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Circuit Checker (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Circuit Checker monitors the devices ("circuits") you connect and notifies you about their status. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis; we do not guarantee that every alert will be delivered on time or at all, and it should not be relied upon as the sole safeguard for critical systems.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your email address and mobile phone number.

SMS messaging terms

By enabling SMS notifications you consent to receive text messages from Circuit Checker about your monitored devices (such as failure and restoration alerts).
Message frequency varies depending on your devices' activity.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. You can also opt out by disabling SMS messages on your profile page.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
